We inspect the properties on a monthly basis, which has proved to prevent any maintenance or cleaning issues building up throughout the tenancy. It also helps us to maintain a good relationship with our tenants, by helping them if they have any queries throughout their tenancy.

We have a number of contractors on our books, covering the majority of property repairs, including electricians, plumbers, cleaners, gardeners and general maintenance needs.
